These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from SATYAYANI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (First Fasal). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & drops

• We sell fresh makhana (foxnuts) in limited-quantity "drops".
• Each drop opens for a limited time and quantity. Orders are accepted on a first-come basis while stock lasts.
• Product descriptions, images, and pack sizes are provided as accurately as possible.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.

Orders & fulfilment

Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared fresh and dispatched as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the First Fasal name, logo, text, and images — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
