Shipping & Delivery Policy

We make and ship makhana fresh, in small batches. Because freshness is the whole point, we pack and dispatch quickly rather than holding stock.

Dispatch

• Orders are hand-popped fresh and dispatched on the same date the order is placed.
• You will receive dispatch and tracking updates on WhatsApp on the number used at checkout.

Delivery timelines

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the courier network. Remote or non-metro pincodes may take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, as final delivery is handled by third-party courier partners.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If your order qualifies for free shipping, that will also be reflected at checkout.

Serviceable areas

We currently ship across India. Serviceability of your pincode is confirmed during checkout.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a shipment is delayed, returned to origin, or undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
