• Delivery details: the shipping address you provide at checkout.
• Order & payment details: items ordered and payment status. Card/UPI/bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner — we do not store them.
• Technical data: basic usage and device information to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To process, pack, and deliver your orders.
• To send order, dispatch, and delivery updates (primarily on WhatsApp).
• To provide customer support and handle refunds.
• To send drop and marketing updates only where you have opted in — you can opt out any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.

Sharing with service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted partners who help us run the service:

• Razorpay — to securely process payments and refunds.
• Courier / logistics partners — to deliver your order.
• WhatsApp messaging provider (Interakt) — to send OTPs and order notifications.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention & security

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal and accounting obligations, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it against unauthorised access.
